Abstract

In a market economy among the universities is becoming increasingly popular entrepreneurial ideology involves finding mechanisms to ensure effective economic relations between educational institutions and business community. This article is dedicated to the development of tools of effective interaction between the public and representatives of the university sector real business that can provide mutual benefit and good results of such relations.
